Natalie Wyss
Social Impact Coordinator, Research
Natalie has a background in international development, strategic communication, and research and policy analysis. Her professional path has been guided by her natural sense of curiosity and commitment to advancing health, gender, and education equity.
Throughout her career, she has managed social impact research for leading academic institutions, nonprofit groups, think tanks, public health organizations, and government agencies.
Most recently, Natalie served as a Program Manager at Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health, where she supported research and programs focused on health education and menstrual health and hygiene. Prior to that, she facilitated international education technology research for UNICEF, FCDO, and the World Bank while at Results for Development.
Her expertise in gender-focused research, policy analysis, and monitoring and evaluation has also been shaped by her work at the Population Council, CARE, UNESCO, the Brookings Institution, and the UC San Diego School of Medicine. Natalie is motivated to bridge research and practice and has shared her work across a range of journals, forums, and public-facing platforms.
Natalie earned her Master’s in Educational Policy Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor’s in Global Health from the University of California, San Diego.
Though she is a proud Californian, Natalie has fallen in love with her new home in New York, where she enjoys exploring the city’s parks and hunting for the best bagels.
